200X Pressure Relief Valve (adjustable pressure reducing valve) Working principle:
When the valve from the inlet side of the water, the water flow
through the needle valve into the main valve control room, the outlet
pressure through the conduit to the pilot valve. When the outlet
pressure is higher than the set value of the pilot valve, the pilot
valve is closed. Control room to stop drainage, then the main valve
control room pressure and shut off the main valve, the outlet pressure
is no longer increased.
When the valve outlet pressure drops to set the pilot valve spring
pressure, pilot valve open, the control room to the downstream
drainage. As the pilot valve system displacement is greater than the
needle valve inlet, the main valve control room pressure drop. Import
pressure to open the main valve. In a steady state, the control room
water, the same drainage, the main valve opening unchanged, the outlet
pressure is stable. Adjust pilot valve spring to set outlet pressure.
